At Sahuzee, we try to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist.

1. Suitable for Refunds

Refund Time: When we receive the return items, our team will inspect the items to ensure it meets the return condition. If approved we will process your refund within 7 days.

Condition of Items The product must be in original condition, unused and with all original packaging and tags. You should include a copy of the receipt of purchase with return item.

Non-refundable Items: The products must be in its original condition. If there is any item that is not in its original condition, damage or missing part of product is not suitable for refund.

2. Refund Process

  • Return Authorization: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service to get a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without that number may not be acceptable for a refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

3. Late Refunds

  • Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact Your Bank: Then contact your authorized bank to know about your refund; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Further Assistance: If you have done all the process and you still have not received your             refund, please contact our customer service team at email or phone number. We are here anytime for assist you.

 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customer service email or number to manage an exchange.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We have the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
