At Sahuzee, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We know that sometime a product may not be fulfill your wish or expectations. For that we offer hassle-free return policy within 14 days of purchase.

1. Condition for return:

* Return policy: First you should inform that you found defect in the product which you received. You can return your items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

* Original condition: The product must be in original condition, unused and with all original packaging and tags.

* Receipt: You should include a copy of the receipt of purchase with return item.

2. Return process:

* Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with return authorization number and instructions of how to return the item.

* Claim to return: Contact our customer support team to claim or return. Provide your order number and details of the item you want to return.  Ship the products safely with return authorization number inside the packaging.

* Refund: When we receive the return items, our team will inspect the items to ensure it meets the return condition. If approved we will process your refund within 7 days. 

                   Note:  The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Delivery charge will not be refund.
